Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern all use of the Chandra Software Technologies website and all content, services, and products available at or through the website (collectively, the “Services”). Our Services are offered subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time by Chandra Software Technologies (collectively, the “Agreement”).
You agree that we may automatically upgrade our Services, and these terms will apply to any upgrades.

Use of our Services requires a Chandra Software Technologies account. You agree to provide complete and accurate information when registering for an account. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your username and for keeping your password secure.

b) on-demand applications related to your account
c) account-specific support portal and communication tools
d) APIs to integrate with third-party applications
e) related content for the plan purchased, including software, data, images, PDFs, videos, and other content made available by Chandra Software Technologies
Any new features added to or augmenting the Service are also subject to these Terms.
2. Acceptance of Terms
2.1 Chandra Software Technologies provides its Services through its website and individual customer accounts.
2.2 By accepting these Terms or accessing our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2.3 You acknowledge that these Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Chandra Software Technologies, and that electronic acceptance is valid and enforceable.
3. Terms of Use
3.1 Chandra Software Technologies reserves the right to modify or terminate the Services at any time without prior notice.
3.2 The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
3.3 We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
3.4 You agree not to resell, license, lease, distribute, or transfer the Services to any third party.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities conducted under it. You must immediately notify Chandra Software Technologies of any unauthorized use or security breach. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to secure your account.
5. Responsibility of Accounts and Content
You are entirely responsible for all content and conduct associated with your account. Chandra Software Technologies reserves the right to remove content, reclaim inactive accounts, or terminate access if content violates policies, laws, or is deemed harmful. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
6. Payment and Renewal
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Unless canceled before the end of the subscription period, services will automatically renew, and you authorize us to charge the applicable fees using your stored payment method. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
7. Responsibility of Visitors
We do not review all content posted through our Services and are not responsible for its accuracy or safety. Users are responsible for protecting their systems from harmful content. Chandra Software Technologies disclaims liability for any harm resulting from the use of our Services.
8. WhatsApp Business API
Chandra Software Technologies is not owned, operated, or affiliated with WhatsApp Inc.
We enable users to integrate and use the official WhatsApp Business API for automation and communication purposes.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Services at any time, with or without notice. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
All Services are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use of the Services is at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Chandra Software Technologies be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, service interruption, or amounts exceeding fees paid during the previous twelve (12) months.
13. General Representation and Warranty
You represent that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chandra Software Technologies, its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
