- Select Academic Year: Choose the correct academic year (such as 2025-2026) from the dropdown at the top.
- Filter by Class: Pick the specific class to view forms issued or sold for that grade level.
- Add a New Form Entry: Click the [Add New] or [Create Form] button when a parent purchases or requests a new admission form.
- Fill Student and Form Details: Type in the form serial number, student’s name, father’s name, contact number, and fee details into the fields.
- Save the Record: Click the [Save] button to store the form details securely in the database.
